Immoral Acceptance

"Accept Christ as your savior." That's what Christian proselytizers say to the people whom they wish to convert. Have anyone ever wondered what it really means? Apparently, we need to accept Christ as our savior for he has died for our sins.

What sins?
Jesus died on the cross for our sins: past, present and future. But most importantly, the original sin.

What original sin?
The sin that was committed by Adam and Eve when they ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge after Eve was tempted by the devil in the form of a snake.

And who purportedly started this whole mess?
God himself. And he is supposedly omniscient.

The whole affair is wrong on so many levels. I shall expand on each point later.

  1. It is immoral to accept Christ as your savior.
  2. Sins should/can not be inherited by descendants.
  3. God did it. Abet stupidly.
  4. The original sin didn't even happen.

WHAT? Immoral to accept Christ?
Let me explain a little.

It is wrong to forgive on another person's behalf.
It is also wrong to accept his proposal to atone for your mistakes on your behalf. Too difficult to understand? Here's a simple analogy to help.

John kills Paul's mother.
Mark, who is Paul's friend, tells John: "John, I forgive you for killing Paul's mother."

But it gets worse. Jesus dies to forgive your sins.
So the analogy changes a little.

John kills Paul's mother.
Mark, who is Paul's friend, tells John: "John, I forgive you for killing Paul's mother" and kills himself.

Observe the absurdity yet?

This analogy would hold if you believe that Jesus is a separate entity from Yahweh. Well, the Trinity concept has always been really fuzzy anyways. But what if Jesus IS god?

Then would become even MORE absurd. The analogy would now look like this.

John kills Paul's mother.
Paul tells John: "John, I forgive you for killing my mother" and kills himself.

If Yahweh wants to forgive his creations for sinning, what the hell is with the crucifixion? Is it a requirement for gods to kill their sons to forgive their creation? It is an utterly absurd thing to do.

Oh, I forgot one more step.

John kills Paul's mother.
Paul tells John: "John, I forgive you for killing my mother" and kills himself.

After 3 days, Paul resurrects and ascends to heaven.

LOL. Sure, Jesus died for your sins. For 3 days.

Last three point to be explained in the next post.
