For the sake of argument, let's accept for the moment that the bible is the inerrant word of god and it is a true representation of the god in question, Yahweh.
He is allegedly
► Omnipotent, omniscient and omnibenevolent
► The creator of the universe and life
If that is the case, I wouldn't worship him if he existed. No offense intended but if the bible is accurate, then Yahweh is a prick.
Why? Read on.
Screwing up Genesis
Just a brief summary: God created Adam and Eve. Then he left them in the Garden of Eden with the tree of knowledge of good and evil after telling them not to eat from the tree. A serpent comes along, who is supposed to be Satan, and gets Eve and Adam to eat the fruit from the tree. God finds out and punishes all of them thus screwing humanity with the original sin.
Hmmm... The story in the bible aims to place all the blame on humanity because it was Eve and Adam who ate the fruit against God's instructions. But it fails when you think about it.
Yahweh is omniscient. He KNOWS this is going to happen before he even created the damn garden. He is omnipotent. He COULD have done something about it. But he does nothing. He lets Adam and Eve screw up humanity which is supposed to be the pinnacle of his creation that he loves. Technically, it's HIS fault. He literally created the mess to happen.
Nevermind. But he decides not only to punish Adam and Eve only, he punishes their descendants (literally everyone). This is also morally reprehensible. This isn't just - how can you punish someone for something they did not do or even have knowledge of.

Noah's Ark
God just couldn't create something nice. Eventually the inhibitants of Earth became corrupted and were engaging in some massive interbreeding. God thinks "Oh shucks, they screwed up again." And he decides he's going to flood the damn place to solve the problem.
But, hey, Yahweh didn't want to create stuff all over again (too tiring?). So he got Noah, a bloody drunkern who sleeps around his family naked, to build an ark to save a pair of every animal on earth. Then he floods the damn earth; people, animals, heck babies and all.
Perhaps you could rationalize that the people were "evil" and "deserves it" but the babies too? And if you're omnipotent, why flood? No better ways apart from drowning people?
By the way, there is no evidence that the flood occurred and it is also biologically impossible.

Child sacrifice - Abraham and Jepthah
Yahweh doesn't mind child sacrifices. Frequently, when the failed sacrifice of Issac by Abraham is brought up, Christians are quick to defend: "God didn't let Isaac die in the end." Hello? Think about the trauma that is inflicted by your father going to sacrifice you.
Something that is frequently overlooked is this: Why didn't Abraham even hesitate when commanded by Yahweh to sacrifice his son? If asking for child sacrifice is immoral and not within Yahweh's character, shouldn't Abraham be alarmed and claim: "You're not my God. My God will never ask for child sacrifices." Instead, Abraham just get on with the sacrifice preparations. The implication: Asking for child sacrifice is within God's character.
If you're not convinced, consider Jepthah in the book of Judges. He sacrificed his daughter to God for his victory.

War, sex and slavery
During the time wherein Yahweh was protecting his people, he ordered his people to slaughter other tribes. When pressed about these massacres, filmsy excuses like: "Those people are evil", "They engage in human sacrifice" or "They worship other gods" are given.
Explicit commands were given to keep young virgin women for themselves as spoils of war. Almost certainly, they are going to be sex slaves. Why else should they be "young" and "virgin"?

Slavery was endorsed by God. Not just implicitly. Yahweh had laws for enslaving the biblically correct way. Do you think slavery is morally correct?

The Jesus' "sacrifice"
After his creation screw up over and over again, Yahweh got bored. Nobody can get to heaven because of the original sin. So he made a loophole for the rest of humanity to get a chance to go to heaven. How?
He comes down to Earth, gets himself tortured and killed then resurrects himself after 3 days of enduring hell. Something is freaking WRONG here.
This absurdity is condensed into one question:
Why did God have to create himself and then sacrifice himself to himself to change a rule, then raise himself from the dead to bring himself back to himself again to prove that he was himself to save humanity from himself?
Despite his omniscience, why did God have to take this ridiculous route of action?
If you wanted to forgive somebody, why is a bloody sacrifice necessary?
And why is the sacrifice YOURSELF?
This isn't noble and praiseworthy - This is unnecessary and retarded. In addition, it was God himself who screwed up in first place as mentioned previously - Screwing up Genesis.

What's more? We're supposed to believe the whole crock of obscenely absurd story and accept Jesus as our savior or else we'll have to burn in hell for eternity. Punishing finite crimes with infinite punishment is not just.

Failing as a moral authority
If one gave some serious thought, one would realize that nobody adheres to Yahweh's laws anymore. Some of them are just plain immoral.
Weak excuses like "the old testament doesn't count anymore" doesn't cut it. If it doesn't count, screw it. Cherrypicking parts of the bible contradicts the concept that the bible is the word of god. If the old testament doesn't count, the creation story and the messianic prophecy gets screwed as well. There are many problems with such excuses.
As I have pointed out, Yahweh is morally inferior. To all of us. I'm sure you're more moral than the god that is supposed to be a moral authority. To accept Yahweh and the bible as moral authority demeans your own morality and humanity.
